I want to express our appreciation for your timely response and professional manner of the employees on a Sunday night in extreme cold temperatures. The crew was back in the next morning with more equipment to get our building dried out fast and start the restoration process.

During our two month restoration process all your employees were polite and respectful of the fact that we still had to service our customers. Each evening when the crews left the office was left as clean as possible. What impressed me the most was that the different crews arrives to complete their part of the restoration just as the previous crew was finished. We are very happy with the results and the interior looks better than ever.
