On Feb 27, after 2 weeks away, I came home to a leaking roof into the master bedroom, caused by a roof ice dam. I had the dam removed and my ins adjuster advised me thst Prof Fire Restoration was a cleanup option. Matthew was assigned and he removed sheet rock and insulation, etc. etc. He then came back over the weekend to remove the fans. dehumidifier, etc

Shortly after I had suffered a kitchen fire that covered my first floor in soot, not to mention a damaged kitchen, DJ, of Professional Fire Restoration arrived and assured me that they would clean and restore my home better than before, and they did! Teams of friendly and hard working people arrived and cleaned everything and replaced my kitchen. Everything is super clean and beautiful! They were so kind and thoughtful since they had to work around my dog, two rabbits and I. These people addressed every question and concern. They even made an effort to get my home finished in 3 months and done before Christmas. I can only give them the highest rating as I highly recommend them. God Bless DJ and his entire crew!

We cannot thank DJ and his crew for how incredibly amazing they responded to a not so great situation! The water line to our fridge became disconnected and flooded our kitchen and hallway and went into our basement. It was a total mess. DJ was recommended to us and we couldn’t have been more thankful. His crew immediately responded and went to work. They were so kind and meticulous when going through water damaged items, esp in our basement. They saved so many photos and mementos for us! They kept me up to date on the entire process and always remained in communication on the next step. All of this was a new experience for us and I can’t say enough how thorough and kind they were. DJ was even able to help me get my house back in order. Again, always keeping clear and constant communication. Came home to find hot water heater had broken and the whole basement was flooded. Panic set in but was recommended Professional Fire Restoration so gave them a call. They came out and immediately set to work drying out the space. The crew that they have are great, their work is top notch and couldn’t have asked for a better company to handle the mess. Really appreciated their prompt communication with me. No question was too insignificant.

It’s hard to explain the million things going through your head when you walk into a house with water pouring thru the ceiling. After calling DJ with Professional Fire Restoration, I was immediately able to breathe. DJ and his TEAM were on top of all the details. They mitigated the water damage from the pipes freezing and the re-build of the same space was amazing. DJ only works with the best sub-contractors. He knows them all and they work extremely well together. DJ is simply the best. He's knowledgeable, trustworthy, efficient, organized, and gets things done! PFRS was outstanding from start to finish. DJ and his team responded quickly to a dryer fire that caused smoke damage throughout the entire house. The owner DJ was personally involved and engaged from the beginning of the process to the end... He made a complex claim easy to resolve. DJ had personal relationships with all the insurance company representatives which made managing the claim easy...
All of his employees that came to our house have been with him for years and were excellent at their jobs and good to work with.
